Unfortunately, given the weight and size of a barn quilt, it costs more to ship than to make. Additionally, we have found the barn quilts often arrive damaged. Upon selecting a final design image, you will be assigned an artist within your area where pick-up can be arranged. The only exception to this is items featured on our "AVAILABLE NOW" page. Shipping for these items is offered at the artist's discretion.

Each barn quilt is hand-painted, therefore, the time it takes for an artist to complete a barn quilt varies on the pattern complexity, size of the barn quilt, and their current waitlist. Once you have selected your final design, our a team member will provide you with an estimated date your barn quilt will be completed.

Yes! Our experienced artists use high-quality products proven to withstand all weather conditions.

Hanging instructions for indoor and outdoor use are provided at the time of delivery.

We want all of our customers to be happy with their barn quilt! Our team spends a great of time creating 8 custom design images using your favorite pattern and colors to find a design you fall in love with. After reviewing the design images and choosing your favorite, we will provide an invoice with you final selection to be used as your approval and confirmation to proceed with creating your barn quilt. Once we receive a returned invoice and payment, all sales are final.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a warranty at this time; however, our artists use high-quality products and proven techniques to ensure you will be able to enjoy your indoor or outdoor barn quilt for years to come.

Each artist has their own preference for material, including MDO (sign board), aluminum composite, and/or exterior grade plywood.

Yes, payment is required in full at the time of order. Each barn quilt is a custom piece of art and our artists purchase supplies and materials upon receiving an order. Unfortunately, we cannot ask our artists to riisk accepting a depost, only to complete an order and a customer change their mind. Thank you for understanding.

It is possible, but we will need to know a little more! After selecting your pattern and colors, use the "Notes for the Artist" field on the checkout page share more information. Or if you aren't ready to choose a pattern, simply email us. An artist will contact you to discuss the options for additional customization.

Of course! Simply head to our "PATTERNS" page and select the "Upload My Own Image" option. Then visit the "COLORS" page to let us know which colors you'd like. Finally, you will have the option to upload your image on the Checkout page.
