Enrollment via Website Only - Instructor responsible for collection of funds directly from attendee.

Deposit Only Collected by the website at the time of enrollment.

I am a current artist on Barn Quilt Headquarters

I understand that Barn Quilt Headquarters will not collect any funds for this class and I will be fully responsible for communications with the attendee. Any changes to class must be made within 24 hours of listing as not to incurr an additional fee. The fee for posting this class on the directory is $35.00 and I will be invoiced. Barn Quilt Headquarters is not responsible for insuring participants in any class. Upon an enrollment, I will receive an email notification with participant information. A list of participants can be provided at anytime.

I understand that Barn Quilt Headquarters will be processing all funds collected. The processing fee for this service is 18%. Funding will be transferred through the Facebook pay system within 48 hours of receipt. Any refunds will be processed directly to the attendee by the instructor. The fee for posting this class on the directory is $25.00. Barn Quilt Headquarters is not responsible for insuring participants in any class listed. Upon an enrollment, I will receive an email notification with participant information. A list of participants can be provided at anytime.
